7 June 2017 The following action steps are taken from a recent conference with Attorney General ED Meese. Veterans in Defense of LibertyTM strongly urges you to take action, as indicated. The cultural Civil war is real; the Collectives have defined the battle ground and it’s time for us to take an offensive stand! We have, but this brief moment in history to restore our Constitutional Republic - or allow the destruction of America and the American culture. Then, in the words of Newt Gingrich “we will have yielded our country to left-wing thugs, liars, and intimidators.” Understand we are the generation of which JFK spoke, “In the long history of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger." If you truly desire to see America great again; then we have no choice but to fight for Her, or abrogate the battlefield and surrender Americas greatness to those who wish to see Her relegated as but a footnote in the Socialist Globalization of a dark world.
Realize, as important it is to: write a letter, send an email, call your Congressman, doing this just once is not of maximum value. We need to keep the pressure on until those elected to represent us are committed to the fight and refuse to retreat from what is an all-out political Civil war.

Priority Action Steps

•Encourage both the Administration and Congress to rapidly nominate constitutionalist judges to open positions Vacancies in the Federal Judiciary 115th Congress As of 05/19/2017: Total Vacancies:129 Total Nominees Pending:8 Other Action Steps.
•Demand your Congressman to be much more aggressive to encourage Judicial good behavior by a) using the judicial impeachment process and b) altering judicial jurisdiction by legislation. “The Good Behavior Clause of Article III is the foundation stone for the independent judiciary in the American tripartite system of government. ... Still, both the language and the weight of historical evidence indicate that the Good Behavior Clause was intended to refer to life tenure rather than to a distinct standard for removal. However, just as the Good Behavior Clause reminds the other branches that the judiciary is truly independent, it also reminds judges that life tenure is not a license for the wanton or the corrupt. It is in this sense both a shield and a sword—an affirmation of judicial independence and a reservation for judicial removal.” Jonathan Turley •Tell Congress and the Administration to pass the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA). There is one summary for H.R.2802. Bill summaries are authored by CRS. Shown Here: Introduced in House (06/17/2015) First Amendment Defense Act Prohibits the federal government from taking discriminatory action against a person on the basis that such person believes or acts in accordance with a religious belief or moral conviction that: (1) marriage is or should be recognized as the union of one man and one woman, or (2) sexual relations are properly reserved to such a marriage.
