[email protected] RECENT HIGHLIGHTS --On Thursday, June 1st, President Trump withdrew the United States from the Paris Climate Accord, which was an un-ratified treaty that placed a disproportionate and unfairly-heavy burden on the American economy than on others in the Accord. For more information on this bold action, see here: Press release Remarks from President Trump Remarks from Vice President Pence --On Friday, June 2nd, President Trump signed into law two bills to helplawenforcement: S.583,theAmericanLawEnforcement Heroes Act, which permits the use of Department of Justice grant funding to be used for the hiring and training of U.S. military

veterans for law enforcement officer positions; and S. 419, the Public Safety Officers' Benefits Improvement Act, which aims to improve the Department of Justice's processing of public safety officers' death, disability, and educational assistance claims. Gingrich, of Virginia, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Holy See. George Nesterczuk, of Virginia, to be Director of the Office of Personnel Management for a term of four years, vice Katherine Archuleta, resigned. Take a look at the Financial CHOICE Act (H.R. 10), which would, among other things, repeal the "Dodd-Frank" financial

regulation law, end "too-big-to-fail" and bank bailouts, enhance penalties for financial fraud and deception, repeal a litany of growth-choking and job-stifling financial regulations, dramatically restructure the hated Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and otherwise devolve financial regulatory power away from Washington.
