Two Ohio-based conservative groups, the Greater Toledo Right to Life and The Northwest Ohio Conservative Coalition, opted to endorse Ohio gubernatorial candidate Jim Renacci and Lieutenant Governor candidate Joe Knopp.

The two organizations selected the GOP challengers over incumbent Governor Mike DeWine and Lieutenant Governor Jon Husted, according to a release from Renacci.
