Four congressional races in deeply conservative Utah’s June 28 primary will feature Republican contests and Democrats running unopposed for the U.S. House seats. The election will take place by mail-in ballot in four congressional districts created by Utah’s legislature in 2021, with limited opportunities to vote in person. Incumbent Rep.
