A grand jury indicted seven illegal immigrants in connection with the beating of two NYPD cops in Times Square.
Five of the illegal immigrants face felony charges.
It’s a shame that only one is in Rikers because George Soros-backed District Attorney Alvin Bragg didn’t request bail for them.
It’s believed four of the illegal immigrants are on the run.
“Based on our thorough investigation, I stand here today confident that we have identified the roles of every person that broke the law and participated in this heinous attack,” boasted Bragg at a press conference.
The police arrested eight people, but NYPD believes 13 or 14 people may be involved.
Yohenry Brito, 24, is the only one not released without bail:
Yohenry Brito, seen on video in a yellow jacket wrestling with the officers on the ground, had previously been indicted and is being held on charges of assault, obstruction and evidence tampering.
Four others arrested last week have now been indicted: Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, Wilson Juarez, Kelvin Arocha and Yorman Reveron are all charged with assault and obstructing governmental administration.
Two other people who have been indicted will not be identified until their arraignment.
Unfortunately, the illegal immigrants arrested in Arizona are not those connected to the beating.
NYPD has been looking for two more suspects:
